Lorenzo de Guttadauro is a Research-Obsessed-Revenue-Driven-Creatively-Gifted Marketer. With over 20 years of executive experience and boxes full of awards, he is perhaps best known for his fearless ability to jump into the unknown and emerge with distinctive results that accelerate profit, build brands and move people.

With degrees in Journalism and Political Science, he became an Art Director at Ogilvy & Mather NY. He never studied art direction, but his work is recognized for having a singular style.

With only print experience under his belt, he created over a dozen commercials for the NFL, including a :60 spot for the Super Bowl. This spot was awarded ★★★½ by AdAge and ranked #4 in that year’s review of Super Bowl advertising.

With no background in entertainment or management, he became a department head at USA Network. His creation of the groundbreaking Characters Welcome brand helped catapult USA to the #1 position in ad supported cable. His staff has gone on to successful careers and often reach out to Lorenzo for ongoing advice and mentorship.

With no publishing experience, he was tasked with the responsibility of revitalizing the storied, 80-year-old Esquire brand into an entertainment lifestyle network. Within one year, Esquire’s audience became the 2nd most concentrated on cable, giving media buyers and ad clients a home to capture affluent, educated and metropolitan men. In addition to all marketing creative, his in-house agency made custom advertising content for clients, such as AT&T, Autozone, BMW, Buick, Chivas, Dyson, Expedia, Gentleman Jack, Gillette, Grey Goose, Jaguar, Jeep, Knob Creek, Lexus, Motorola, Papa John’s, Sonic and more.
